Admin Hub
The central editing interface for stake data — manage users, callings, wards, speaking assignments, high council assignments, presidency assignments, and appointment settings.
The Admin Hub at /leader/admin is the primary place for stake leaders to edit portal data. Most view-only pages in the Leader Portal have their editing counterparts here, organized into tabs.
Access to the Admin Hub requires an authenticated portal account. Individual tabs may require specific permissions — see each section below for details.

The Appointment Manager tab is only visible to accounts with the MANAGE_APPOINTMENTS permission. If you do not see it, contact your system administrator.
Users tab
Manage portal accounts from /leader/admin?tab=users. The link /leader/user-admin redirects here automatically.
You can add new users, edit names and contact details, assign callings, upload profile photos, reset passwords, and deactivate or delete accounts.

Callings tab
Manage the list of named callings used throughout the portal from /leader/admin?tab=callings.
From this tab you can:
- Add new calling names for your stake.
- Set the maximum number of slots (concurrent holders) for a calling.
- Control whether a calling appears on public-facing pages.
The three system callings — High Councilor, Stake Presidency, and Bishop — are created automatically on first boot and cannot be deleted. Their slot counts and visibility settings can still be edited.
Wards tab
Edit ward records from /leader/admin?tab=wards.
You can update ward display names and adjust sacrament meeting start times. Ward names appear throughout the portal on assignment tables, speaking schedules, and calling proposals.
Adding a new ward requires editing backend/wards.csv and restarting the backend. New rows in the CSV are picked up automatically on the next restart without affecting existing records. See First Run and Bootstrap for the CSV format.
Speaking Assignments tab
Manage the High Council speaking rotation from /leader/admin?tab=speaking.
This tab has two sections:
- Speaking Topics — set the monthly topic and reference material for the year.
- Ward Schedule — assign each High Councilor to a ward for each month.

HC Assignments tab
Edit High Councilor responsibility and committee details from /leader/admin?tab=hc-assignments.
Each row corresponds to a High Councilor slot. You can update:
- Responsibility — the stake assignment areas the High Councilor covers (displayed as badges).
- Committee — the committee label shown on the assignments page.

Presidency Assignments tab
Manage Stake Presidency ward oversight from /leader/admin?tab=presidency.
From this tab you can update the wards and responsibilities assigned to each presidency member. Changes appear on the Stake Leadership public page.
Appointment Manager tab
Configure Temple Recommend scheduling from /leader/admin?tab=temple-recommend. This tab is only visible to accounts with the MANAGE_APPOINTMENTS permission.
From this tab you can:
- Add or edit appointment types (e.g., Temple Recommend, Limited Use Recommend).
- Set availability windows — recurring days and hours when interviewers are available.
- Add availability exceptions — blocked dates for individual interviewers or all interviewers.
- Review and manage incoming bookings.
